For regular time out
Time… “I don’t have time”, “there’s no time”, “there aren’t enough hours in the day”. We’re all guilty, when it comes to doing something nice for ourselves, we’re all guilty of NOT finding time. One does not find time, one makes time.
If my calculations serve me correctly, there are;
- 24 hours in a day
- 168 hours in a week
- 8736 hours in a year
- 728 hours in a month
Take away the hours you sleep, take away the hours you work and surely you have an hour free once a month?
